Assistant Treasury Manager

As an Assistant Manager - Treasury at our company, your role will involve: - Liquidity planning and management - Cash flow forecasting and managing liquidity; preparing MIS reports to support effective cash management - Preparation of Actual Cash Flow - Exploring new opportunities in working capital and other banking solutions - Negotiating with banks / financial institutions for bank lines, optimal funding cost, etc. - Investment in various Instruments - Reviewing cash flow and deploying surplus cash effectively in Debt mutual funds (Overnight/liquid) as per the timelines - Availing quotes from various banks for FDs and investing the same on quarter end - Ensuring all investment compliance as per the board resolution and Investment policy of the company - Export Factoring - Preparation of Drawdown request against the Bills receivable - Vendor/ Supply Chain Financing - Addition of Suppliers on SCF portal - Digital Initiatives - Ensuring all banks are activated with online RTGS & NEFT facilities - Liasoning with Rating Agencies - Coordinating with Rating Agencies for the company's external ratings - Fulfilling any other requirement of Rating agencies if any - Stock statements and other Banking compliances - Providing monthly stock statement and drawing power to banks on a timely basis - Extracting all the data points required for stock audit - Working on any other banking compliance/requirements if any - Audit requirements - Providing data to auditors (Internal and external) relating to all bank accounts, investments - Obtaining bank balance confirmations for auditors at quarter ends and at year-end - Fulfilling any other audit requirement if any - Fx Rate Cover - Hedging Fx (Forex) - Expertise in excel and PPT Your educational requirement for this position is CA, and we are looking for someone with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
