As an Export Manager, you will be responsible for conducting market research on targeted export countries to identify potential customers. You will stay updated on upcoming exhibitions and trade shows to maximize opportunities for export. Managing the complete export cycle from initial enquiry to delivery will be a key aspect of your role. This includes handling documentation such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and other legal/export-related documents. Ensuring compliance with DGFT, Customs, and international trade regulations is crucial to maintain smooth export operations. You will also be responsible for timely order execution, status updates, and communication with international customers. Coordination with internal departments like production, accounts, and dispatch, as well as external agencies such as CHA, freight forwarders, customs, and inspection agencies, will be part of your daily tasks. Handling documentation for Letters of Credit (LC) and bank negotiations will be under your purview. Maintaining regular communication with international customers regarding documentation, shipment tracking, and addressing queries is essential for customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for recording customer complaints and documentation errors, escalating issues to the Manager/CEO, and ensuring proper resolution steps are taken and communicated to customers. In the realm of banking, you will need to identify and resolve Banking & e-BRC-related issues by liaising with bankers. Performing DGFT work formalities such as RoDtap and e-BRC will also fall within your responsibilities. Your attention to detail, knowledge of export procedures, and ability to navigate international trade regulations will be key in ensuring successful export operations.,
