Assistant Treasury Manager

Role Overview: You will be a key member of the Treasury Operations team, responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's short-term liquidity. Your role is crucial in ensuring accurate cash management and supporting global financial operations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily cash management tasks such as monitoring cash balances, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards. - Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and analyze variances between projected and actual cash flow statements. - Monitor and manage the organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity. - Oversee and manage the organization's debt schedule to ensure timely obligations. - Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain account records. - Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to gather data for cash forecasting and facilitate banking transactions and approvals. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in Treasury & Banking activities. - Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant experience in Treasury & Banking activities. - Proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function. - Proficiency in financial and cash management principles. - Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Advanced computer software skills, especially in Excel and Google Sheets. - Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and maintain SOX and audit trails. - Interest in process improvement, focusing on defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and increasing process efficiencies. - Excellent time management and organizational abilities. - A team player with effective communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
