Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khalapur for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee daily operations, including inventory management, stock control, and supervising store staff. They will ensure compliance with company protocols and government regulations, maintain accurate records, monitor supply levels, and support procurement processes. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager will assist in creating a smooth workflow, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently to enhance performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and experience in inventory management and stock control
• Proficiency in team supervision, leadership, and employee training
• Knowledge of compliance with industry regulations and risk management practices
• Problem-solving abilities and an attention to detail in maintaining operational efficiency
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory and logistics management
• Previous experience in store/warehouse management or a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
