Job Description

Maintaining all Stores activities PR, PO, GRN, RGP&NRGP, Security Gate entry, FIFO, Hazards Materials MSDS, Scrap disposals, ISO documentations, Cost controlling on daily basis, Materials proper stacking and Team best coordination.
Inventory control/Inventory management.
Monitoring stock inward and outward, work in progress.
Maintaining Daily stock consumption report on daily basis and circulate to all HODs for stock management.
To maintain Production consumables & Critical Stores spares min/max level.
Co-ordinate with Purchase team for materials arriving status.
To Update Stores Inventory (GRN, Issues and Stock) report on daily basis
To preparing Stores related ISO documents and maintain all the reports for auditing.
Review of Monthly Plan, Material Requirements Planning
To prepare Delivery note and Performa Invoice for Exports & Domestic Dispatch.
Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
Receive store general materials & Imports material subject to verification Document and PO and update user Dept.
Conduct physical stock verification from time to time and arrange critical materials on priority basis.
Receive all Stores spares/Raw Materials subject to verification and to take inspection from respected Dept. & prepare the GRN.
