As a Quality Control Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and implementing quality control systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and Implementing Quality Standards: You will be tasked with establishing and maintaining quality standards and procedures for all aspects of the corrugated cardboard manufacturing process, starting from raw materials to finished products. - Monitoring and Analyzing Quality Performance: It will be your responsibility to track and analyze key quality metrics to identify trends, potential problems, and areas for improvement. - Inspecting and Testing Materials, Equipment, Processes, and Products: Regular inspections and tests need to be conducted by you to ensure that materials, equipment, processes, and products meet quality specifications. - Investigating and Troubleshooting Product or Production Issues: You will be expected to investigate and resolve quality issues, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. - Developing Corrective Actions, Solutions, and Improvements: Proposing and implementing solutions to address quality issues and continuously improving the quality of the corrugated cardboard products will be part of your role. - Reviewing Codes, Specifications, and Processes: Keeping track of relevant codes, specifications, and processes to ensure they are current and effective is also a key responsibility.
