We are seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Managers to join our growing India
team across Bengaluru, Delhi, Pune, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will bring
strong industry experience in wires, cables, connectors, or related products, with
excellent communication, commercial negotiation, and strategic selling abilities. This is
a pivotal role that contributes directly to Partex India’s expansion and long-term
success.
• Strategically drive sales growth across assigned territory and customer
segments
• Build and manage relationships with existing distributors and onboard new
ones based on market potential
• Identify business opportunities via cold calls, emails, and networking
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue
• Represent Partex at trade shows and industry events
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to drive revenue
• Ensure timely payment collection as per credit terms
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales report
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the
wires/cables/electricals domain
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and lead-generation
platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and collaborative
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
