Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales execution, team coordination, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
• Manage and support the sales team .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
• Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports
• Coordinate with operations and other internal teams for smooth execution
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development
• MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or 3PL industry (added advantage)
• Team handling and client servicing experience
