Job Description

Set department goals: Asst. Manager are responsible for setting the goals and objectives of their department with closely working with HOD of the department to make sure the goal is in alignment with the overall mission, vision, values and strategy of the organization.

Developing strategies: They develop strategies and plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives. This may include supporting the team members and provide solution / troubleshoot.

Operation Management

o Maintain the decorum at the project to provide elite sangini experience to the client.

o Provide best sales and after sales experience to achieve customer delight.

o Develop the culture in each sangini individual to focus on giving a memorable experience to each walk-in client at project.

o To achieve sales target and show real value to customer thorough product knowledge is necessary.

o Stay updated with market scenario and competitor analysis.

o Understand buying behaviour of different class of clients.

o In touch with the customer throughout their journey with sangini.

o Feedback tacking system to give right input to organisation input to VOC (Voice of customer).

o Finding, developing and Supporting Channel Partners.

Lead Management & Analysis:

o Trace the leads from all the available platforms and received from marketing team directly.

o Assure that each lead is acknowledged and client get response from the team within 24 hrs.

o Follow up the non-approachable leads in regular time intervals and close within 6 days.

Provide the analysis reports to HOD on weekly basis regarding the leads generated, flow, quality, follow up and all the related factors.

Coordination with marketing team:

o In regular touch with marketing team and share valuable feedback regarding the outcome received against marketing activities done at the project.

o Share the Ideas, that you explore through other sources and relate with our work, for the betterment of marketing department.

o Actively participate and lead the marketing activities arranged by marketing department to promote the sales for the project.

Team management:

o Responsible to manage the personnel within the department, including hiring, training, hand holding, supervising, and evaluating staff members.

o Identify the training or improvement need and coordinate with HR department for further development part.

o Provide the best possible support to team so they can focus on the sales target and successfully achieve it.

Target Setting & performance Monitoring:

o Set the target on the team and provide support to the team in achieving the target.

o Monitor the performance of the department, including tracking progress towards goals and objectives, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

o Focus on performance-oriented activities and do meetings on regular interval with the team and discuss the performance of the individual.

o Delegate the task amongst department members along with clear objectives, qualitative &/or quantitative expectation and timeline.

o Develop the culture that focus more on the outcome considering ethical practices in mind.

Communicating with stakeholders:

o Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including Chenal Partners, customers, vendors, and other departments within the organization.

o Provide them latest information related to them for the project.

o Maintain healthy business relations with them.

o Find and develop new CP for sales promotions.

Ensuring compliance:

o Ensure to follow all the complies related to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including the HRD guidelines, safety, ethics and financial & reporting.

o Accelerate the same information to the team on regular time intervals.

Lead the department:

o Represent the department in meetings and discussions with senior leaders and other stakeholders

o Presenting data and analysis to support departmental initiatives and priorities.

o Present the ideas to senior leaders that will promote the sales and contribute in department development too.

ERP Management & Audit:

o Up-to-date with ERP system and motivate the team to follow the ERP system for sales process.

o Mention the complete information in ERP against the lead contacted and follow up.

o Make the maximum and appropriate use of ERP system for various analysis related to the sales processes and developments.

Reporting to the HOD/ manager: Asst. Manager responsible to collect the daily reporting from the department members in set standard format and update to HOD/ Manager within timeline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
