This role is responsible for managing, delivering, and sustaining business practices and/or procedures for all related indirect/direct payables processes and data related to transactional processing for Procure-to-pay process stream in the Accounting Shared Services Organization. Responsibilities Manages the daily activities of the Procure-to Pay team ensuring that invoices are processed and paid timely. Identifies impacts to business organization for recommended changes for the functional area. Participates in financial statement close cycle to ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions. Responsible for insuring Procure-to-Pay team deliverables are compliant with corporate policies and procedures. Providing Audit support to external/internal audit teams. Qualifications Qualified CA or CMA or CFA with 10-15 years of experience in Shared Services or Global Capability Centre or MNC. Experience for a US - EU Multination is a plus. The primary purpose of this position is to perform worldwide “lease accounting and reporting". This role will report to the RTR GL Manager at the India Shared Service Center. Responsibilities Supporting month-end and year-end close processes for operating leases and preparing reconciliations for related balance sheet accounts Accounting and reporting relating to the Company’s operating lease portfolio for fixed and variable rent, percentage rent calculations, tenant incentives etc Preparing and reviewing lease accounting schedules under ASC 842, maintaining FX and discount rates and ensuring that they are appropriately applied to lease agreements Assisting Corporate Reporting team on gathering necessary information to support all lease accounting disclosure requirements for the Company’s filings with the SEC Accounting for lease terminations and modifications Preparing and maintaining lease accounting policies and procedures Supporting ad-hoc lease accounting-related requests and development of new functionalities and reporting capabilities within the Company’s Lease Query lease accounting system Assisting GL team on Corp HFM entries, M pack and Q schedules on a timely basis Qualifications CA, CPA or equivalent 8+ years of accounting experience in the areas of lease accounting and restructuring a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly Excellent time management, analytical and organizational skills Strong initiative and a process improvement mindset Advanced Microsoft Excel skills LeaseQuery experience a plus Willingness to work independently
