Job Title: Asst Restaurant Manager& Restaurant Manager/Head Barista Location: Raipur/Nagpur Reporting To: Operations Head / Area Manager Industry: Hospitality – Restaurant & Food Services Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, manage team performance, and uphold company standards. The role includes managing the restaurant from opening to closing, ensuring smooth service flow, resolving customer issues, training staff, and optimizing cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Restaurant Operations: Oversee complete day-to-day operations from opening to closing, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments (FOH & BOH). Guest Relations: Maintain excellent communication with guests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt resolution of complaints or concerns. Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor staff across service and kitchen teams. Ensure staff adheres to SOPs, grooming standards, and service etiquette. Conflict Resolution: Handle and resolve employee and guest conflicts with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. Training & Development: Conduct regular staff training on service standards, menu knowledge, safety, and hygiene practices. Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales, control costs, and contribute to the preparation and management of the restaurant’s budget. Inventory & Vendor Management: Supervise inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely procurement of quality products. Compliance & Safety: Ensure restaurant adheres to food safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies. Requirements:Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality role (3-5 years preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Sound understanding of budgeting, reporting, and POS systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work shifts Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) Benefits:Competitive salary package Incentives based on performance Career growth opportunities within the brand
