We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Varanasi. With multiple outlets across the city, we are seeking a professional who can oversee day-to-day operations, lead high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all locations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple outlets, maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Oversee inventory, vendor management, and supply chain coordination
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
• Drive profitability through efficient cost controls and operational strategies
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, reporting, and payroll
• Support staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

What We're Looking For

• 6 to 8 years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and industry standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
