About the Company



Strategic Leadership:



  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve international business objectives and profitability targets.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost structures for international operations.
  • Design and execute market-entry strategies, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment between international and domestic business units.


About the Role



Sales & Business Development:



  • Achieve international sales and collection targets through direct business, channel partners, and associates.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic business alliances and partners across target countries.
  • Build a strong customer base through proactive engagement and solution-driven approach.
  • Expand the organization’s presence in untapped international markets.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for sales teams and partners.


Responsibilities



Financial Management:



  • Ensure financial discipline and profitability across international operations.
  • Monitor and control operational expenses to optimize cost-efficiency.
  • Track and report financial performance metrics, including revenue growth, collections, and margin contribution.
  • Oversee end-to-end operational processes for inbound and outbound shipments to maintain service quality and SLA compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and international trade compliance norms.


Qualifications



  • Graduate / Post Graduate, preferably MBA (Marketing / International Business).
  • 8–10 years of experience, with at least 6–8 years in logistics.
