Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supply Chain & Vendor Coordination:

    Manage the complete supply chain—raw material procurement to finished goods dispatch. Liaise with vendors to ensure timely raw material availability and align with factories to meet production schedules as per demand plans.


  • Team Leadership & Process Oversight:

    Manage, train, and mentor junior and senior operations executives to drive performance and accountability. Optimize processes across procurement, inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment operations to drive efficiency and scalability.


  • Warehouse & Inventory Management:

    Own warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and storage planning. Build and maintain robust demand plans to ensure balanced stock levels across channels and avoid overstock or stockouts.


  • Order Fulfillment (D2C, B2B):

    Manage the complete order lifecycle including order processing, pick-pack-ship, return handling, and reconciliation across D2C websites, marketplaces, B2B, and Export channels. Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery with a customer-first mindset.


  • Performance Monitoring & Logistics Optimization:

    Monitor and improve key operational metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), fill rates, and SLA adherence. Collaborate with 3PL partners and courier/logistics vendors to negotiate better rates, improve delivery timelines, and expand geographical reach.

Qualifications & Skills Required:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain/logistics/operations in a Start-up/fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with a passion for building scalable systems and SOPs.
  • ⁠Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
