Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing the execution of EPR compliance, coordination with stakeholders, documentation, and reporting. The role requires strong operational management skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage partnerships with recyclers, producers, and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities related to

  EPR compliance

• Coordinate with producers, recyclers, and collection partners to ensure smooth execution of obligations.
• Track and monitor collection, recycling, and disposal activities in line with CPCB/SPCB guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records required for regulatory filings and audits.
• Prepare operational MIS reports, dashboards, and compliance submissions for stakeholders.
• Knowledge & expertise in EPR guidelines & portal management.
• Support client onboarding, agreements, and implementation of EPR action plans.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities (CPCB/SPCB) for compliance requirements.
• Assist in vendor empanelment, contract management, and monitoring service-level agreements.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of

  EPR guidelines, CPCB/SPCB compliance,

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of compliance/ERP tools is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in

  operations within a PRO, recycling, waste management, or compliance sector

• Exposure to working with regulatory bodies and client-facing roles preferred.
