Job Description

Assist in the management and oversight of daily operations in the call center.
Ensure that customer service representatives are performing their duties in

accordance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor customer service representatives' calls and provide feedback and coaching

as necessary.

Develop and implement call center initiatives and strategies to improve customer

service and operational efficiency.

Analyze customer service reports and data to identify areas of improvement.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement customer service training programs for customer service

representatives.

Prepare and coordinate monthly reports and presentations for management.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of customer service programs.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
