Assistant Operations Manager

Job Title: Operation AssistantDepartment: Operations / Interior ProjectsReporting To: Operation HeadKey Duties and Responsibilities:

• Material Management
• Arrange and organize all materials properly in the storeroom.
• Keep records of material inwards and outwards.
• Check and verify materials during unloading from vehicles to ensure correct quantity and quality.
• Report any damaged or missing items immediately to the Operation Head.
• Labour Supervision
• Provide necessary guidance and instructions to labourers for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure labourers follow safety and site regulations.
• Maintain attendance and coordinate with HR or Admin for labour requirements.
• Facility Management
• Arrange and ensure proper facilities (drinking water, washrooms, rest areas, PPE kits, etc.) for labourers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in storage and site areas.
• Coordination & Compliance
• Coordinate with suppliers, site supervisors, and project managers for timely delivery and storage of materials.
• Support the Operation Head in implementing daily work plans and operational rules.
• Follow and obey all instructions and policies given by the Operation Head and company management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
