Assistant Operations Manager Organization: Humming Minds Life Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh  Employment Type: Full-time About Humming Minds Life Humming Minds Life is Chhattisgarh’s first mental wellness organization dedicated to nurturing emotional intelligence, mental wellbeing, and career readiness in school students from Class 6 to Class 12. We develop innovative mental health products, workshops, and programs designed to empower students, parents, and educators. Role Overview The Assistant Operations Manager will support and work closely with the Chief Operating Officer / Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing daily operations, workshops, deployments, and partner engagements. The candidate must be proactive, organized, and committed to completing tasks and projects alongside the COO/Operations Manager until work is completed. Key Responsibilities Operational & Administrative Work closely with COO/Operations Manager and support them until tasks and daily operations are successfully completed. Assist in planning and execution of school workshops, product rollouts, and outreach programs. Maintain documentation, reports, schedules, and operational trackers. Coordinate internal meetings, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Ensure operational efficiency and quality across all projects and programs. School & Partner Coordination Coordinate communication with school stakeholders, counsellors, teachers, and external vendors. Manage logistical arrangements such as scheduling, registrations, and material planning. Support feedback, documentation, and post-event reporting processes. Team & Resource Support Assist in manpower planning and coordination with psychologists, counsellors, and trainers. Monitor and manage inventory of coursebooks, kits, and materials. Data & Reporting Prepare weekly progress and performance dashboards for COO/Operations Manager. Manage CRM data, attendance, and workshop metrics. Process Improvement Identify gaps in operational execution and provide solutions. Contribute in building and improving SOPs for smooth operations. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration + MBA HR + Finance /Marketing. 1–3 years of experience in operations or project coordination (education/mental wellness experience preferred). Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace / CRM tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure. Willingness to travel for workshops and operational deployment. Preferred Attributes Passion for mental wellness, education, and student empowerment.
