Assistant Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities (Only Male Candidate)

• Maintain strong working relationships through effective coordination, discussion, and communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  
• Conduct daily work process reviews and participate in discussions to ensure operational efficiency.
  
• Manage and supervise the operations team, ensuring smooth workflow and people management.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for marketing and customer relations initiatives.
  
• Handle the sales functions of the business, ensuring achievement of targets.
  
• Plan and coordinate efforts for new client penetration and business expansion.
  
• Manage client coordination to ensure excellent service delivery and satisfaction.
  
• Work towards continuous revenue generation.
  
• Assist

  Customs & Excise Departments, CONCOR, Port Authorities, Importers, Exporters, Transporters, Shipping Liners

  , etc., by providing:
• Application and website troubleshooting
  
• On-site support during sealing activities
  
• Technical assistance and workflow support
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum Graduation (preferably in

  Electronics & Communication

  ) in a technical field.

• ITI (Electrical / Electronic & Telecommunication)

  with

  minimum 4 years of experience

• Strong communication skills with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
  
• Must be comfortable with

  travelling

  relocation

  whenever required.
