Job Description: Assistant Manager – Operations (Admin)Location: Jaipur (HO)Company: WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd.We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Operations (Admin) to manage administrative operations, expense processing, asset records, and documentation across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

Manage account payables and verify operational expense bills.
Maintain asset records (VTS devices, cameras, tools, machines, etc.).
Handle documentation for repairing & maintenance of operational assets.
Support salary preparation through attendance data & operational inputs.
Process reimbursements and coordinate with Finance for timely closures.
Maintain all admin-related MIS, registers, and compliance documentation.
Manage complaint tracking and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with operations teams for day-to-day administrative support.

Requirements

Graduate (Admin/Operations/Commerce background preferred).
3–6 years of experience in admin operations, asset management, or payables.
Strong documentation, coordination & follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, registers, and operational reporting.
Ability to manage multi-site operational data and grievances.
