We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Operations with a proven track record in leadership, strategic thinking, and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing operational processes, managing projects, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
• Understand operational requirements and research industry best practices to assist in designing and implementing new processes and tools.
• Support in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Gather and analyze business, financial, and operational data to identify and achieve strategic goals.
• Lead the Operations Team in managing projects, resolving reliability issues, tracking service metrics and SLAs.
• Identify current and future training needs in consultation with stakeholders and create appropriate development programs.
• Drive innovation by identifying process improvement opportunities and executing process development plans.
