Job Description

We are hiring

Assistant Managers

to support restaurant operations, manage teams, ensure service quality, and drive customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, staff coordination, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations and manage service and stewarding teams
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations
Control stock, inventory, and procurement activities
Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance
Monitor safety and hygiene standards
Support senior management in achieving operational goals

Candidate Profile:

3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
Strong leadership, analytical, and operational skills
Excellent communication and team management abilities
