About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) by implementing cost controls, managing inventory, optimizing labor, and reviewing financial performance reports.
Handle staff scheduling, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with all operational and safety standards, including food safety and hygiene protocols.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and uphold brand standards at all times.
Drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction through superior service delivery.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of restaurant staff.
Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and achieve business goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven experience in
restaurant or QSR operations
(Quick Service Restaurants / Fast-Food industry preferred).
Strong understanding of
restaurant P&L management
, team handling, and operations.
Demonstrated ability in
customer service, quality assurance, inventory control, and revenue management
.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Educational Qualification:
BHM in Hotel Management
or equivalent.
