Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager to oversee operations and team performance in our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations and team activities in the Bangalore office Plan, execute, and manage strategic initiatives to meet business goals Collaborate with department heads (HR, Sales, Tech, Training) for smooth execution Monitor team performance, provide mentorship, and ensure target achievement Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity Maintain strong client relationships and handle high-level client interactions Prepare reports, analyze metrics, and present updates to senior leadership Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field Proven experience (3–6 years) in a managerial or leadership role Strong team management and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead under pressure What We Offer: Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling company Exposure to diverse projects and technologies Collaborative work environment Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
