Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead the Training Team by recruiting and developing members, ensuring daily activities align with business goals and meet objectives. Supervise team functions, including task assignments and attendance.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to deliver effective training and development solutions and managing training aspects of projects and initiatives to ensure they meet deliverables through continuous stakeholder consultation.
  • Manage existing customer service training packages through key stakeholders to ensure they meet business requirements and provide a blended learning approach.
  • Ownership of training schedules and rotas to fulfil training requirements including long term capacity planning, projects and adhoc requirements in conjunction with stakeholders.
  • Responsibility for ensuring training material follows the correct sign off process and is subject to regular auditing.
  • Deliver as required departmental overviews / presentations to partners.
  • Monitoring the overall effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing appropriate strategies to maximize and sustain high-quality learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the UK Training Team by scheduling regular meetings to identify key areas for sharing best practices, exchanging documentation and resources, developing joint initiatives, establishing a feedback loop for continuous improvement, and monitoring outcomes using metrics, while fostering open communication to enhance training programs effectively.
