Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition (TA) to join our
team. The role requires someone with proven expertise in scaling hiring processes, especiallywithin fast-paced startups or e-commerce environments. The role will be instrumental in buildingstrong pipelines, driving end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles across functions.• Build and manage strong talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies.• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliverhiring solutions.• Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.• Ensure hiring is completed within defined TATs while maintaining a high bar for talent quality.• Use data and analytics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
• 36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in startups/e-commerce industry.• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.• Proven experience in closing niche and leadership roles within tight timelines.• Strong understanding of sourcing channels, talent mapping, and recruitment tools.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
