Talent Acquisition is a function tasked with chalking out a strategic approach to identifying, assessing, and acquiring skilled employees for meeting organizational needs. Other than recruitment, the team is responsible for employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying the organizations labor force, and developing a robust candidate pipeline
The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for finding, recruiting, and hiring best-in-class talent. They will maintain effective working relations with stakeholders and implement ideas for improving the Talent Acquisition process and outcomes.
