Assistant Manager - Sales Recruitment

We are Hiring for Assistant Manager - HR- Talent Acquisition for Manipal Fintech Private limited.

Job Summary:-

Assistant Manager - HR

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage

  bulk hiring for field sales positions

  (e.g., Gold Loan Executives, Relationship Officers, Branch Sales Staff) across multiple locations
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and target markets
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, local vendors, campus hiring, and field recruitment drives
• Organize

  on-ground hiring drives and local job fairs

  for frontline hiring in tier 2/3 cities and rural markets
• Build and manage a network of

  local hiring vendors

  , ensuring performance tracking, onboarding, and compliance
• Train and guide vendors on role specifications, documentation, and recruitment SLAs
• Monitor and improve sourcing efficiency and

  reduce cost-per-hire and turnaround time

• Track hiring metrics: daily/weekly joiners, offer-drop ratio, attrition, and vendor performance
• Coordinate closely with the onboarding and HR operations teams to ensure smooth joining and induction
• Maintain all recruitment documentation, including candidate databases, reports, and vendor's data.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field
• 46 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on

  field sales or financial services hiring

• Prior experience in hiring for

  gold loan, microfinance, or banking NBFCs

  is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of local hiring practices and candidate behavior in semi-urban and rural markets
• Proven experience in managing and scaling

  vendor networks

  for mass recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with both internal teams and external partners
• Proficient in MS Excel, recruitment dashboards, and basic HRMS/ATS tools.
