Role Overview:- As a Recruiter Intern, you will assist the recruitment team with sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR, enjoys connecting with people, and is looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in drafting and posting job openings across various platforms Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and feedback Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment reports Help with employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms Support in onboarding and documentation of new hires Participate in career fairs or campus recruitment activities (if applicable) Requirements:- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Prior internship experience in HR/recruitment (preferred, not mandatory) Interested Candidates Can share their profiles us at:- Pallavi Jain Email - pallavi.jain@manipalfintech.com Manipal Fintech pvt.ltd. www.manipalfintech.com
