Role & responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Leadership:- • Develop and execute the national sales strategy for DSA, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. • Lead, motivate, and mentor the national sales team to achieve sales goals and grow market share. • Identify and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to enhance performance across all regions. • Monitor the performance of sales teams and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of sales plans. Sales Targets & Performance Management:- • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs for all sales teams. • Continuously assess team performance, implement corrective actions, and ensure that team members are adequately equipped to meet goals. • Track sales performance using key metrics and report regularly on progress and results to senior management. Customer Relationship Management:- • Develop strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer engagement strategies and increase brand visibility. Collaboration with Other Departments: • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns and initiatives. • Ensure alignment between DSA operations and other key functions in the company to maximize overall business growth. Key Qualifications & Skills:- • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. • 8+ years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Extensive experience in managing a large direct sales force (DSA) across multiple regions. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management. • Ability to travel as needed for regional and national sales meetings, client visits, and industry events.
