Role & responsibilities

A candidate who has experience of scaling a D2C business and a growth of 100-500 Cr done in a span of 2-4 years.
A candidate who has ability to handle multiple cities. They are currently in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune.
A candidate who has ability to work with B2B growth leader and also forecast which 1-2 cities they can look at expanding to in next 5 years. (a person who can strategize as well)
A candidate who is passionate about customers. The customer team onboarding, retention and support will also roll upto him). Customer support team typically works early morning hour. A candidate who will work along with this team and also support them to have happy customers.

A candidate who will close work with the BTL team as well on marketing and growth

Preferred candidate profile

812 years of experience driving D2C growth. • Proven track record of scaling D2C businesses and owning revenue numbers. • Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and digital analytics. • Excellent leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking skills. • Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for building memorable experiences.
