Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager Learning & Development in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet business objectives.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools is desirable.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
