Role Overview

Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and property-level roles.
• Ensure a smooth and brand-aligned candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active networking and relationship management.

Payroll & Compliance:

• Handle accurate and timely payroll processing for corporate and property employees.
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliances — PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws.
• Maintain employee records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with finance and audit teams for all compliance-related matters.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations:

• Support and implement engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
• Address employee concerns with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Foster a people-first environment built on trust, respect, and teamwork.
• Collaborate closely with property HR teams to ensure alignment in policies and culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of experience

  in HR, preferably in

  luxury hospitality or service industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance

  .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A genuine sense of

  empathy

  and a

  team-player attitude

  .
• High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Candidates

  based near Gurgaon / Delhi

  will be preferred.
