Role Highlights

As Assistant Manager – HR, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end

    HR operations

    – payroll, compliance, employee support and assistance in designing
  • Driving

    talent acquisition & onboarding

    across store and office roles
  • Acting as a

    Business Partner

    to employees and leadership on people matters
  • Leading

    employee engagement, learning & development, and performance processes

  • Providing data-driven

    HR dashboards & insights

    to guide business decisions

Success in This Role Looks Like (First 12 Months)

  • Hands-on recruiter with the ability to engage and retain talent
  • Payroll, compliance, and core HR processes run smoothly and without error
  • Smooth and scalable Recruitment & onboarding processes established to support business growth.
  • Assist leadership in establishing clear

    HR framework

    (performance cycle, compliance adherence).
  • Healthy

    employee engagement and retention scores

    across brands.
  • Leadership

    dashboards and insights

    .
  • Employee engagement activities successfully drive a positive work culture.
  • HR role is also positioned as a

    supportive and approachable function

    for employees and managers.


What We’re Looking For

  • MBA/PGDM in HR (from reputed institute preferred).
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS tools

  • 3-6 years

    of HR experience, ideally with exposure to bot

    h

    operations and business partnering

    in retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries.

  • Strong generalist HR background (talent acquisition, performance, engagement, compliance).
  • Excellent

    stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills

    .
  • Ability to thrive in a

    fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment

    with limited resources
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills and ability to manage payroll partners
