Role Description

1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment.
2. Monitored the safety rules & equipment's at working area.
3. Maintain training records.
4. Monitor general administration including safety, security and Housekeeping.t
5. Preparation of daily attendance report
6. Prepare & submit Daily attendance report to HR manager and other management.
7. Coordinate with Labor contractors if required
8.  Identify competency requirements in consultation with dept. heads.
9. Maintain 5S System 
10. Handle employee inquiries, address concerns, and assist with employee relations issues. 
11. Prepare HR reports and documentation for management. 
12. Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies. 
13. Prepare ,submit and maintain statutory records (NATS,PF, ESIC, Insurance, factory return, LWF, Factory License, MPCB, Stability certificate, Environment return etc)

Qualifications

• MBA HR and Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus
• 4 to 6years of experience in HR Admin
