Role & responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Workforce Planning: Collaborate closely with department heads and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive hiring strategies. Sourcing Strategy: Leverage advanced sourcing methods (e.g., Boolean search, social recruiting, talent mapping) across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc., to attract high-quality candidates. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for business-critical and high-volume roles to ensure timely hiring. Job Marketing: Craft compelling job descriptions and distribute job postings across relevant channels to maximize reach and engagement. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates for cultural alignment and role fit. Vendor Management: Engage with external recruitment partners/agencies as needed and manage terms and deliverables. Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, respectful, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Campus Recruitment: Partner with the marketing and HR teams to enhance the employer brand and engage with talent from top institutions and networks. Market Intelligence : Stay informed of the latest talent acquisition trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Preferred candidate profile Masters degree in human resource management Strong understanding of the real estate industry and functional roles within. Excellent command of sourcing tools, online job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Recruitment Reporting & Analytics Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards etc.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external candidates. Analytical mindset to track recruitment performance and identify improvement areas. High ownership, agility, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
