hands-on Assistant Manager – HR

 

Roles & Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end hiring across functions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Conduct inductions and orientation sessions.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to company policies.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in

    startups or fast-paced organizations

    .
  • Strong experience in

    recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations

    .
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
