Overview

Assistant Manager in sales from HR tech sales

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect
new business opportunities
through research, networking, and

outreach.

Drive the
complete sales cycle
from presentation and solution pitching to closure.
Present and demonstrate
HRMS solutions
to CXOs, HR Heads, and other key

stakeholders.

Develop and maintain strong
client relationships
to ensure long-term business growth.
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align on go-to-market

strategies.

Consistently meet or exceed assigned
revenue targets
and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Min 3+ years in B2B software or
HR/payroll services sales.
Candidates from
payroll services or HR software sales background
preferred.
Must have experience with
enterprise sales cycles
and
solution-based selling.
Strong
communication
,
presentation
, and
negotiation
skills.
Demonstrated experience in
selling to CXOs or HR leadership.
Strong understanding of
HRMS, Payroll, or HR Tech products
preferred.
Self-motivated individual contributor with a results-oriented mindset.
Exposure to SaaS / Cloud-based solution sales will be an advantage
