Job Summary:-

Sr.

Role & responsibilities:-

  • Drive sales and marketing activities for

    LT & HT Control Panels

    including PCC, MCC, APFC, Distribution Panels, and customized panels.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in

    industrial, infrastructure, utility, and project-based markets

    .
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle including

    lead generation, technical discussions, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order closure

    .
  • Understand customer requirements, specifications, BOQs, SLDs, and tender documents to provide suitable panel solutions.
  • Coordinate with

    design, estimation, and production teams

    for costing, feasibility, and timely submission of techno-commercial offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, system integrators, and end users

    .
  • Conduct market research to track competitors, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, technical presentations, and pre-bid discussions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates on a regular basis.

Preferred candidate profile:-

  • Proven experience in

    Control Panel Industry

    with direct exposure to

    LT and HT Panels

    .
  • Experience in

    Electrical Equipment Sales or Electrical Project Sales

    in the same domain is highly preferred.
  • Background in

    electrical project-based or manufacturing industry

    with business development exposure.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, components, and industry standards.
  • Ability to engage in

    technical-commercial discussions

    with customers and consultants.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project coordination as required.
