Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - HRBP to join our team at Uniqus Consultech, an IT Services & Consulting company. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in Human Resources.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective human resource strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR policies with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with HR software and systems is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
