Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - HRBP to join our team at Uniqus Consultech, an IT Services & Consulting company. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in Human Resources.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective human resource strategies to drive business growth.
Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR policies with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience with HR software and systems is desirable.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
