Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have experience in various areas of the human resources field. You will be responsible for onboarding new candidates, collecting necessary background information, and supporting employees during their work. It is crucial for you to collaborate with management to provide training for employees and establish strategies to enhance employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular meetings with respective business units for frequent touchpoints. - Consult with line management, offering HR guidance when necessary. - Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies. - Manage and resolve complex employee relation issues, conducting thorough investigations. - Organize Employee Engagement activities. - Possess in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management. - Collaborate with management and employees to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention. - Offer HR policy guidance and interpretation. - Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers. - Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters. - Provide input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning. - Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching requirements. - Participate in evaluating and monitoring training programs to ensure their success and follow up to meet training objectives. Qualifications Required: - Experience in human resources with a focus on employee relations and engagement. - Strong understanding of legal requirements related to HR management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with different levels of the organization. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Knowledge of workforce planning and training program evaluation. - Prior experience in conducting investigations and resolving complex employee issues.
