Assistant Manager - HRBP

As a Sales HRBP / Sales HR Executive at Gravity Bath Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales team through strategic HR initiatives and employee engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Sales team to understand staffing needs and attract top talent. - Source, recruit, and onboard qualified candidates for Sales and Business Development roles. - Maintain strong relationships with current employees to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement. - Provide administrative support in recruitment processes such as job posting and resume screening. - Manage the full recruitment cycle and assist in creating HR policies aligned with company goals. - Track and monitor sales team performance and support in managing performance appraisals. - Regularly evaluate the performance of the Sales team and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when needed. - Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews, providing feedback and setting development goals. - Identify training needs and organize relevant training programs to improve team skills and performance. - Serve as a liaison between Sales team members and management, resolving issues effectively. - Develop employee engagement activities to strengthen team spirit and enhance performance. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-7 years of proven experience in HR roles with a focus on Sales or Business Development departments. - Strong understanding of sales operations, recruitment processes, and HR policies. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and reporting. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Experience in using Google Forms for feedback collection and performance tracking. - HRMS experience for recruitment, performance tracking, and data management is a plus.
