Assistant Manager - HR

As an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at VPLAK in Gurugram, your role will involve managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and policy implementation to ensure alignment with the company's culture and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Design, update, and implement HR policies and procedures according to company standards. - Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive workplace culture. - Oversee performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc. - Handle employee grievances professionally and provide effective resolutions. - Maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and prepare reports for management review. - Support leadership in manpower planning and organizational development initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and improvements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or related field. - Minimum 4 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. - Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools.
