Job Description

Assistant Manager - HR ( Offroll Position)

Manufacturing Industry

Location - Takwe Budruk, Vadgaon Maval, Pune

Bus facility from - Dehu, Talegaon, Nigdi.

Reports to - HR Manager

Experience - 2 to 5 years

Qualification - Btech /MBA

Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
Support HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance
Analyze HR data related to hiring, attrition, performance, and costs
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Handle employee communication, grievances, and disciplinary processes
Coordinate with department heads and support HR Manager in strategic initiatives

Required Skills:

Strong business analytical and reporting skills
Excellent business communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹509,769.85 - ₹706,509.19 per year
