As an Assistant Manager of HR at the company, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR operations to ensure a positive work environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to selection - Coordinating onboarding activities for new hires - Assisting in developing job descriptions and specifications - Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns - Organizing employee engagement activities and events - Supporting the HR Manager in handling disciplinary actions and grievances - Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS system - Preparing and managing HR documents such as contracts and offer letters - Supporting the performance appraisal process and coordinating review schedules - Keeping updated on HR regulations and recommending policy updates - Coordinating training programs and workshops for employee development - Assisting in identifying training needs and developing training materials Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles - Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities This is a full-time position with benefits including a flexible schedule and Provident Fund. The work schedule is a day shift with a fixed location at the office. The application deadline for this position is 15/04/2025.
