Job Description

Junior Production Engineer to support our production operations. The role involves assisting in planning, coordinating, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and timely production. Assist in planning daily production activities to meet output and quality targets. Monitor production processes and resolve minor technical issues on the shop floor. Ensure optimal use of materials, machines, and manpower. Coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and defects. Collect and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement. Maintain production records and prepare daily reports. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices. Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,615.01 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
