Coordinate with external service providers for office/factory maintenance and repairs. Ensure the pantry is well-stocked with necessary supplies. Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed. Manage vendor relationships for pantry supplies. Supervise security personnel and ensure the safety and security of the premises. Implement and maintain security procedures and protocols. Address security concerns and incidents promptly. Maintain an inventory of office assets and ensure they are in good working condition. Coordinate repairs and maintenance when necessary. Liaise with various vendors and suppliers for office-related services. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests as needed.
