Male Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
• Maintain a clean and organized office/factory environment.
• Coordinate with external service providers for office/factory maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure the pantry is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships for pantry supplies.
• Supervise security personnel and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Implement and maintain security procedures and protocols.
• Address security concerns and incidents promptly.
• Maintain an inventory of office assets and ensure they are in good working condition.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance when necessary.
• Liaise with various vendors and suppliers for office-related services.
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests as needed.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional reception area.
• Coordinate meeting room reservations and set up.
• Assist in coordinating office/factory events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• · bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
• · Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
• · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

· The role may require occasional overtime and flexibility in working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
