Jr. Production Engineer

As a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer with hands-on experience in injection moulding operations, you will be joining our manufacturing team. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and managing daily injection moulding production operations to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. You will be expected to set up and optimize moulding parameters for different machines and tools, troubleshoot moulding defects, and ensure proper material handling, drying, and feeding of various plastic resins. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage daily injection moulding production operations - Set up and optimize moulding parameters for different machines and tools - Troubleshoot moulding defects - Ensure proper material handling, drying, and feeding of various plastic resins - Monitor and maintain production output while minimizing downtime and scrap - Collaborate with toolroom and maintenance teams for mould changes and preventive maintenance - Implement 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices on the shop floor - Maintain production reports, shift logs, and ensure compliance with safety and ISO/IATF standards - Collaborate with QA/QC to resolve quality issues and ensure customer requirements are met - Train and guide machine operators on best practices and standard operating procedures Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines - Familiarity with various plastic raw materials - Good understanding of tool design, mould maintenance, and part dimensional inspection - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and material data sheets - Proficiency in using measuring instruments, exposure to ERP systems, production tracking tools, and basic MS Office skills - Good analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive approach to improvement Additional Details: - Preferred Certifications include Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing, ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949 Training, and Plastic Processing Certifications (CIPET or equivalent) - Full-time position with day shift availability on-site - Application deadline is 15/07/2025 - Benefits include Provident Fund,
