Role: Assistant Manager / Senior HR Operations Executive
Location: Kolkata – Corporate Office (with store visit responsibilities)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in HR operations
Qualification: MBA in HR/MSW
Working Days & Hours: 6 days a week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations across multiple retail outlets in Kolkata.
• Conduct periodic store visits to ensure compliance, employee engagement, and workforce management.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and grievance management.
• Act as the link between the Corporate HR team and store-level HR activities.
• Drive implementation of HR policies, employee retention initiatives, and performance review processes.
• Collaborate with store managers to support manpower planning and workforce discipline.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong background in HR operations (minimum 6 years).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in retail HR operations will be an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask, travel between stores, and coordinate with diverse teams.
• Female candidates are strongly preferred for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
